It has been cleaned about every 2 or 3 years with always substandard results. Excuses from other companies about the age of the carpet and the traffic pattern. I called Heirloom because I was curious about their cleaning process and decided to use them for the cleaning. Our rug looks like new. Like brand new. The rug as gone through sixteen military moves and just looks as beautiful as the day we bought it. The contact person on the phone is very kind and the pick up and delivery was a breeze.
